Luvo Healthcare Logo Design & Brand Identity

Luvo Healthcare is a modern, people-first medical staffing brand built to rehumanize an industry that often feels transactional. Formerly Marvel Medical Staffing, the company sought a new name and visual identity that better reflected its belief in care, connection, and thoughtful systems.

I partnered closely with the founder to lead the brand evolution from startup to established brand. Through a strategic brand questionnaire and concept exploration, I developed two distinct logo directions and a refined color palette rooted in clarity, trust, and human connection.

The final identity moves away from literal healthcare symbolism in favor of abstract, meaningful design. The logo subtly references the heart without relying on clichés, using soft forms, overlap, and negative space to visually encode Luvo’s core values: Care. Connect. Create. Designed to scale, the mark works seamlessly across digital platforms and lays the foundation for future product, platform, and tech expansion.
